Once a project has commenced, strategy has been delivered, or ad campaigns have been launched, the fees paid are non-refundable. This includes:

• SEO monthly retainers once work has begun for the month.
• Ad spend budgets transferred to platforms (Google, Meta).
• Completed web development milestones.
• Delivered UGC Video content.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was accidentally processed.
• You wish to cancel a service before any preliminary work, onboarding, or strategy development has commenced (typically within 24 hours of payment).
