Cancellation & Returns

This policy outlines the procedures for cancelling services with San Innovation Eservice Pvt. Ltd. As a provider of digital marketing services, we do not deal with physical returns.

1. Cancelling Monthly Retainers

For ongoing services such as Monthly SEO or Ad Management, you may cancel your subscription by providing a written notice of cancellation to our support email at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle.

If cancellation notice is given less than 15 days before the next billing cycle, you may be billed for the subsequent month as resources and planning have already been allocated.

2. Cancelling Fixed-Price Projects

For fixed-price projects (e.g., website development), cancellation must be communicated in writing. If the project is cancelled mid-development, San Innovation reserves the right to retain all payments made up to the point of cancellation to cover labor and resources expended.

3. Returns

Because our products are digital services, time, and intellectual property, we cannot accept "returns" in the traditional sense. Once a service is rendered, it cannot be returned. Please refer to our Refund Policy for financial disputes.
